ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS BEWARE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.  THEY DO NOT PAY THE SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THERE SERVICES.  WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR PAYMENT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS FIRST THEY TELL YOU THE INFORMATION FOR YOUR EFT IS NOT CORRECT AND THEY WILL CORRECT IT AND GET PAYMENT OUT RIGHT AWAY.  WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THE WOMAN PENNY OR HOLLY ABOUT WHY PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED THEY PUT YOU TO VOICEMAIL.  THE COMPANY DOES EMERGENCY DISPATCHING FOR AT&T.  WE HAVE ALMOST 1000.00 OUTSTANDING OWED TO US AND WE ARE HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THEM.  FUNNY THEY ARE STILL CALLING US TO TOW FOR THEM AS WE DECLINE AND TELL THEM NO AND THE REASONS WHY.  I HAVE READ MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.  I CALLED THE ATTORNEY GENERALS AND THEY SAID WE NEED TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY THEY CAN'T HELP. ITS REALLY SAD THAT WE WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS IN NEED AND WE DESERVE TO GET PAID WE DON'T PERFORM A SERVICE FOR FREE.  NEXT IS TO TRY AND CONTACT THE CEO ANTHONY ROYER TO SEE IF HE EVEN HAS A CLUE AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING.  I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT IS GOING TO GET US ANYWHERE.  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

We are a service provider for Allied Dispatch Solutions and for some reason they don't want to pay

I have been working for this company for about 8 months, I have recived some partial payments from Allied, but in the past 4 months I have not found a way to communicate with them, they owe me about $4k. We got an email from Brad last week: "I wanted to share with you that we are wrapping up May and rolling into June with payments. We are working diligently on getting up to the net 60 mark and your June payments will be hitting your bank in the coming weeks. I am anticipating two separate EFT's covering June, One for 6-1 to 6-14 and the other for 6-15 to 6-31. I will let you know once payments sends me the draft on amounts and deposit date. Thank you for your patience"

We are in November now and want to pay for June and July.

I will update in this site if I really got paid or what happened . It is impossible to talk with someone in this company for payment issues, they keep forwarding to other departments that they never pickup the phone and don't return calls either.

UPDATE: on SAME ISSUE

As I said I would provide an update on my ADS experience. This one a more positive note and maybe helpful to others. On. 10/20/2017 I made yet another attempt to make contact via email to ads as I had still not received any call from Tequila about setting up payment for a job now almost two month old. The email was addressed to both Michael miller the originator of the dispatch as well as Patrick Davis the area manager/Supervisor.. On 10/21/2017 I received an email reply from Patrick Davis who explained a couple things that were not made known to me at the time of the dispatch which I will point out below. But Mr Davis assured me Chris would contact me with a credit card payment ASAP. After we agreed this would be a better way to clear up this issue. Within 15 minutes Chris Cox was on the phone doing just that. Much appreciated. Now here is what I would like to pass on that was not mentioned at the time of dispatch. This was also the first time ads had called me for service but I did make the original contact aware of this. That is when I was informed that my first payment would be by way of check (I was not able to take a credit card payment at that time or it could have been done right away by credit card) I was issued a PO# and informed that the following morning I would be getting a call from Tequila to set up an EFT (electronic funds transfer) account for any future payments as well as setting up any other information they may need aside from the info I had already given. This call NEVER came. In fact still hasn't but ads already was given the address to mail the payment to so I waited it out while trying to make contact on numerous occasions with no success. A couple things Mr Davis made me aware of that may be helpful to others. And probably would have been explained had the follow up phone call been made. " Ads is on a 60 cycle which means the minimum time of 60 days will pass before your payment goes out. Now as I understand all the payments go out in one day so if you were to to a job the day after payment day you could potentially be waiting 89 days. This is something that should be disclosed in advance but had I known that even the day after you wouldn't feel that you were being ignored now that the service was provided. I guess the best advice I could give would be get a credit card payment up front unless you don't mind waiting between 60 and 90 days for a payment. Only trouble I had was getting in contact with ads. For two months they refused to answer any of my emails or voice messages left. I don't think they have any acceptable excuse for that. No matter how heavy a call load . in fact in order to finally get hold of them I called the breakdown hotline which was answered quickly and a very nice polite dispatcher gave me the contact info for Mr Davis which ultimately took care of my issue. All in all when you get a person at ads they seem very nice. Its just near impossible to make human contact. I was also sent a rate chart and regular provider application if I was interested in becoming a contracted provider but honestly I can't do it for the rates offered. But I guess I could say that Mr Davis did take care of the problem and now I know any future jobs will be done through credit card payment which is probably best for everyone.

Another ADS service provider/ same issues

I can tell you from first hand experience that ADS does business exactly as these providers claim. Aug 27 2017 I received a call from dispatcher Michael Miller for a flatbed tow from Wrentham MA to Chicopee MA (95 miles one way from pick up to drop off) . I was given a PO# and told they would be sending out a check for this job being the first time I worked with them and that Tequila who handles the north east payment would be contacting me in the morning to set up an electronic funds transfer account for any future dispatches I may receive. Next day no call....so I called Tequila only to get voicemail.

Over the entire month of Sept I called and left my number / contact info / and issued PO# no less than four separate times asking her to contact me... no response at all. Meanwhile I have also sent at least three e mails to Michael Miller who originally dispatched the call to me explaining that I not only have not seen any check but have not even been able to get a response from Tequila . I had given him my e mail as well as a contact phone number as I stated at least three separate occasions .... again I have received no response what so ever. Trying to avoid the need to leave a negative post on this site I tried calling the breakdown line. At last I actually got to speak to an actual person. That I will say was very helpful and polite. She looked up my PO# and did not seem very surprised to hear my situation. In fact she told me this had been the topic at a recent company meeting. Although she said it wasn't something she could clear up for me herself she did give me both the e mail and contact phone number for Tequilas manager/supervisor. Patrick Davis.and instructed me to contact him with the issue. I have left all my contact info email address and contact phone number as well as the issued PO# with a brief rundown of the situation on both his voice mail and his e mail. I have received no response of any kind from Patrick Davis either. So in short as a provider I would say unless you are going to get immediate payment with a credit card I would definitely stay away from doing any service calls for allied dispatch solutions. It is pretty obvious that they do not care how they treat service providers.

When I took the initial call on Aug 27th my ETA was very important to them. But I guess the ETA of payment isn't important at all. Any employee that is making excuses for how this company operates is only compounding the problem. If you research the reviews for the company you will find several former and current employees confirming the issues other providers as well as myself have stated. A provider does NOT want to have to leave a review of this nature. Working WITH the motor clubs is part of what we do. I have not had any even similar experiences with any other motor clubs with payment or mote importantly contact issues. * Customer calls motor club * motor club dispatches provider * provider completes the service * motor club pays provider Sounds simple and if its the business you are in its something you should understand and live by. As a provider if I gave them an ETA of 45 minutes and show up three days late ads would not be happy. Sadly I am needing to leave this message to make others aware of precautions they need to take before getting involved with ads. Hopefully I get this issue resolved soon as It is not up to small business providers to be floating payments for a large company like ads. When I do get this resolved regardless of what it takes I will post an update be it good or bad... hopefully good. This is what we are all in the business for.

I am also a vendor for this company and I am having the same issue. I have been waiting for a month now and have received nothing but the runaround. Phone calls going straight to voicemail but still receiving calls to provide services for customers. If I do get a person on the phone, which is almost never, they transfer me to someone else and I get another person's voicemail. I guess my next step is to contact an attorney.

 Hooked Up Towing,

I am writing this on behalf of Allied Dispatch Solutions. Our company is in no way a scam and we are concerned to hear of your bad experience. I will attempt to address each of the points you made in your post. However, some of them were made in anger and have no basis in reality. We do business with thousands upon thousands of providers across the 50 states and in every city. With that being said there are issues and errors that can arise from so many transactions going on a daily basis. Also, we are proud to say that our company is growing rapidly and your experience would not be the same. First and foremost EFT is set up and contracted by those providers that wish to use that form of accounting service, and is set up on their terms. We happily pay by credit card over the phone as well and I personally feel that we could have resolved this. As of the date that you posted Dec 30, 2015 we have tried to contact you numerous times to settle and come to terms. Jan 7, 2016 you were payed in full and our records show this as fact. That was a mere week after you called us a scam and even went as far as to consult the attorney general. I hope that you will remove your negative posts from this site because now you know that we are not a scam and that we happily pay our providers. Our entire business is provider focused and that is what gives us an edge over the competition. We sincerely wish the best for you and hope you now know that our providers get lots of work and get paid for it.
