How to stop the calls

#2Consumer Suggestion

The same thing happened to me on a new phone #.  Allied International is a debt collector and I was not the debtor they were looking for.  Likely you have either inherited a phone # of some deadbeat or they put your phone # down on an application.  To stop the calls you first need to press #1 or whatever key they say on the pre-recorded message.  You'll need to do this or listen to your voice mail to get the case # they will provide on the message.  This case # is what will tie back to the actual debt they are attempting to collect on.   Once you have this, then send an email (return receipt) to help@allied-international.com    Provide your name, your phone #, and the case # and state clearly you are NOT the debtor, you don't know this person, and they are calling the wrong #.  Tell them they are to cease and desist immediately from calling your phone # and failure to do so will result in fines from their violation of the Fair Debt Collections Reporting Act. (FDCRA).

This should stop the calls.   If not, write back on this thread and I'll provide more info including their corporate address where you can send a certified letter.

Good luck.
