Hello,

I have been experiencing problems with Allied Interstate myself. I filed a complaint with Ms. Mann of the Arizona Banking Department. Could you join me in filing a complaint against them also. You can also contact you state attorney general and file a complain with them, The more people that write, the more likely that the Attorney General will do something about it. Believe me, a class action suit will stop them from harassing yourself and others.

As a Disabled American Veteran, I can understand the power of the many. The more of us that complain the more the states will listen and do something about it.

Ms. Mann can be reached at this address:

NOT the State Banking or Attorney General.

Allied Interstate is a scavenger debt buyer and debt collector.

Your best recourse is to file a lawsuit. Your rights more than likely have been violated under federal law [FCRA & FDCPA]. You can get a copy of these at www FTC gov.

Also file a dispute with the credit bureaus, which will get you 1 sheet that gives you the offices of jurisdiction for complaints.

That is all these idiots understand. They are one of the worst in the Nation for unethical and illegal activities.

Do a quick internet search and you will quickly find several sites with hundreds of complaints.

Good luck
