Complaint Review: ALLIED PROTECTION SERVICE - SANTA ROSA CALIFORNIA - MAIN LIBRARY SECURITY GUARD LOU

I don't have personal relationship with this company so saying anything derogatory isn't accurate but what's is dead on accurate is there hiring mistake APS made when they employed security guard employed at downtown main library who's Japanese named LOU.

This guy SUCKS as a human being . Talk about a person so morally corrupt his racist views towards people of color is DISGRACEFUL and he targets homeless people ! I've observed this A$$hole going on two plus years and I've watched him lie lie lie to COPS about the behavior of the folks he's throwing under the bus which explains his reasons for always walking outside to call police as well as being far away so no one can hear his call to police..

Lou needs to be FIRED for his abuse harassment and many civil rights violations ..Transfer him to another location because people hate the guy for his hyper vigilance racism and profiling homeless people he routinely targets . let me put you on notice.

Lou has been harassing people for years and no I e cares to listen .He abuses homeless people and often with crazy frequency he LOVES TO make frivolous calls to police . this bad conduct is a reflection of who Lou really is as a unhappy man who hates the world and this truth disclosure should show you he really does have mental issues towards woman, blacks and especially homeless people.

His abuse of authority when he's always too quick to call cops and routinely fabricates the truth is very wrong and one day he'll abuse the wrong person and you folks get sued and lose your a*s in court .
