Allied Von Sydow Accepted moving boxes for return and will not return deposit or boxes Ripoff Palatine Illinois
Von Sydow would not live up to their policy (as stated by their employees) of accepting moving box returns at any time. After I dropped off my many boxes for a refund, I was given a receipt and told a check would be mailed to my home. After several calls and letters were ignored, I was told two months later that the policy is to accept boxes back within 30 days of the move. I have requested a refund or my boxes back, of which I have received neither. If the company will not follow-through on the word of its employees, then it should at least have communicated this to me and returned my boxes.
This is an unprofessional company that I would not recommend using.
