Allied Wallet - Id like to file Rip Off report about Visa, Master Card processor Allied Wallet and their owners Zach Williams and Dane Joy.

I was running online store and I signed up with Allied Wallet to accept Visa Master Card on my web site. Since my product was considered a high risk, I accepted their high % rate and 10% rolling reserve etc

After a while Allied Wallet person Dane Joy said that because of my type of product there will be no more Master Card transactions. He did not warn me ahead of times, Allied Wallet just stopped allowing Master Card transactions to go through without letting me know ahead of time and I only found out from complaining customer, days later, who told me that. I was shocked, but I let it go because I thought that I have established trust with Allied Wallet, so I decided to continue working with Allied Wallet, when suddenly I got email from Dane Joy saying that Visa sent letter to their bank and that Visa is going to fine Allied Wallet for allowing my type of product to get sold etc and that now Allied Wallet is going to split that fine amount between my site and other web sites that process with them (we never sign any agreement about that) and that now remaining money will be frozen for 180 days. Our business was flawless, we were under 1% of charge backs and our customers all over the world were very happy to buy from us. When I asked Dane Joy to show me that letter from Visa, he emailed me some old article downloaded from Visa web site dated 1995!!! I never saw that letter. After a while I learned that Allied Wallet not only did it to me, Allied Wallet also ripped off others and you can find articles all over the Internet about it. For example: (((ROR REDACTED)))

I tried to email Allied Wallet again and again asking to give me my hard earned cash that they owe me and all I got was they simply ignored me. 6 months later I emailed Dane Joy warning him that I will be writing letter to Visa about this incident and I got a reply where he said that no money will be released to me at all and that Allied Wallet used my money to cover their fine to Visa. I knew that it will happened, I just couldnt believe that company of their scope will pull something like that. So now I am $30000 short, because I trusted these thieves and I dont want to see someone else getting ripped of by Allied Wallet.
