IF YOUR NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION THEN YOU BECOME PART OF THE PROBLEM.

I had filed a complaint with The New Jersey Division of Civil Rights in Trenton, New Jersey under the complaint of Harassment. This Harassment includes Racial, Sexual and Retaliation from several AlliedBarton Management from the Monmouth Junction, New Jersey Office. The first incident was based of these harassment consist of being assaulted by my subordinate. I had informed my Operation Manager of such activity and was ignored. The incident was not witnessed by anyone and was not investigated by anyone either. It made it a very uncomfortable environment. Please understand that Human Resources Director Tracey Vincent should not be interrogating anymore. She has made it very clear that her investigation consist of Interrogating me and making me seem as I did something wrong by bringing it to the attention of AlliedBarton (if they did not have prior knowledge of it) that Operation Manager (S.W.) was sending out Nude pictures using his AlliedBarton business emails.

When I was transferred to Sleepy's D.C. (Robbinsville, NJ) as the Site Supervisor for AlliedBarton Security Services. After two months of working at this location, I was sent instant emails of Nude women via email. The fact that AlliedBarton Operation Manager was using his business account to violate the E.E.O.C. rules about Sexual Harassment was sent via email (displaying Nudity Pictures). These pictures was sent to the Client and instantly forward to me. Since I threaten to inform people about this situation, the Operation Manager used his position to BULLY me and informed me that if I even attempted to do anything, I would not be working for AlliedBarton Security Service.

Since I am a Single father, I had to accept unnecessary mental abuse from this but that was not all, the company of AlliedBarton decided to go after me mentally again by sending me a White Racist to interact with me so that I would loose my patient but yet was surprise that I remained professional. This employee continued to call people of my race "Color People" which I had to council him on several times. When speaking to the Operation Manager (S.W.) about this situation, his only reaction was to laugh and inform me to get over it. Apparently they had interactions with each other because this employee had stated to me several times that he was protected by the Operation Manager and I could not do anything to him. In the month of November he even called me a "((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))" which I found to be extremely out of content. I informed the Operation Manager (S.W.) about this and his response was to say that he is fully aware that this guy is a racist and as a Supervisor I would have to accept this. He further made me aware that if I could not accept this then I must not be ready to be the Supervisor there. In late December or early January, I had started receiving racial materials in the trash. These materials, which I have no doubt came from the employee that was calling me names. Though I had written Disciplinary/Counseling Forms on this individual, the Operation Manager had refused to accept it because he stated that he did not want any of those items to be part of (K.F.) permanent file. This employee had to threaten a White Manager in order for him to be removed from the location.

Once I had attended the class of The Supervisor Workshop, I was fully aware that AlliedBarton could react on the information that I was receiving without Retaliation from the Management Team of AlliedBarton Security Service - Monmouth Junction, New Jersey Office. I started re-acting from the Harassment aggressively, with the only conclusion being that my Supervisor title was snatched away from me. Everything that the Operation Manager (S.W.) told me that would happen ended up happening. I was even told to destroy the email from Operation Manager (S.W.) but I decided to keep it just incase someone else was disciplined differently then he was. I had already known that some people had knowledge of what was going on.... People such as the Regional Manager (J.B.) and because of this situation I was retaliated against.

Ways that I was Retaliated against was that I was removed as the Supervisor for the Sleepy's Account. I was then snatched from my position as Supervisor and put on as a Floater in which I would have to travel outside the Mercer County Area for different work assignments. Since The Regional Manager (J.B.), the Operations Manager (S.W.) and Sleepy's Client (T.R.) are all good friends who attend weekend trips together, they were extremely upset about me wanting to file a complaint with N.J. Division on Civil Rights. I even wanted to share pictures and the complaint with the media but was told in my interrogations interview with H.R. Director (T.V.) that I am not allowed to show information that was sent to my PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS from their company.

So far these situation have effected me in several ways. I have been hurting financially by not working which caused my vehicle a close of being repossessed, the mother of my daughter is fearful of allowing her to return to my residence because of the Nudity that she was allowed to see. This may even cause me to loose my equal joint custody of my daughter. I am in need of counseling as well as my seven (7) year old daughter. I have been humiliated since the sign has went out to others that if they complain about any type of harassment from any managers at the Monmouth Junction Office this will be the results of it.

The main purpose of this letter is to inform you of the process that I am willing to take next. I had already been interviewed by the Intake Investigator (Lawrence Johnson) of The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights who have informed me that I had enough evidence to file a complaint with their office. Since the State of New Jersey attempt to mediate situations quickly, I have accepted the terms of that. Though if the mediation is not successful, I am fully prepared to see this complaint all the way through. I am fully aware that some companies like to draw out the process for a long period of time and I ensure you that because of the situation that have taken place, I will NEVER stop until the conclusion is fully completed. In other words, I will not give up. The fact that my young seven (7) year old had seen these pictures that was sent to my personal email from your business email is close to being criminal and definitely submit to a civil situation.

Now there are things that I would require during the Mediation Hearing. If we can come to a conclusion during these mediations, I would definitely consider dismissing my thoughts of a Civil Claim against individuals and your company as a whole. I have full knowledge of several other individuals that were Terminated for Sexual Harassment from your company for less verbal things and the fact that your company have allowed certain people to remain working for certain reason is very sad. There should be equal treatment around the board. The following information will be what I will be asking for during the Mediation process:

I am the actual Author of this notation that was put on here about the Sexual, Racial and Retaliation practices of AlliedBarton Security Services and Sleepy's Mattresses.  There are a few people (both private and businesses) that have followed this story and I wanted to give you an update since it has been a while since I have been on.  This story is just something that is told to me and I will inform you of what I know without an opinion on the matter.  At one time HE was being threaten by AlliedBarton Management to either take it down or he would suffer more financial damages.  My friend was also told by Sleepy's Mattresses and AlliedBarton Management that HE dared to go after certain people in the company and therefore everything that is happening to him is a result of his own doing.  They really feel as if HE should of just kept deleting these items as he got them because no one made him open and look at these photos.  They have continued to put him in bad situations such as sending his paycheck stub (because he has direct deposit) to a non-existence address so he will not see his pay.  They have made him work on Saturdays and they were aware that this was the day he usually spends with his daughter {the 6 yr old that seen the Sexual Explicit Photos}.  Since working with company of Sleepy's Mattresses and AlliedBarton Security Services Management Team my friend has been Physically Assaulted, Physically Threaten, Sexually Harassed and Retaliated against.  HE is going to Newark, NJ for a meeting with the State of New Jersey Division on Civil Rights either September 2009 or October 2009 to get this matter over with but it is only the FIRST ROUND.  I really hope that this is not the conclusion because this needs to go all the way to the end.  There is a Racial and Sexual Pool going on with this company and it needs to be reported.  So AlliedBarton Security Services and Sleepy's Mattresses please do not settle with him and so that we may be able to get more information about your company and what your company really stands for.

If you had either filed a complaint because of Sexual Herassment and\or Retaliation but it comes to your word against theirs contact me because we have the proof that their Management Team were Voilating peolpes rights. They will write very impressive notations about how they have a zero talerance policy with respect to Sexual Herassment and Retaliation but we have proof that they have voilated both their policies and we will be willing to share everything that we have with you. All you have to do is contact us with your request. This proof will only be given to the courts or investigaters for the purpose of either prosecuting or to prove your Civil claim. My friend has asked me to send him all of your request to him and we will share this with you. We will not be part of the problem but yet we will be the solusion of employers at Sleepy's Mattresses and AlliedBarton Security has allowed.

I am the friend of the Author of this story which I am the one who put the story out here after receiving it from him. The main purpose of this story was to make anyone or everyone aware of the different tatics that AlliedBarton will treat people with regards to RACE, COLOR, CREED, RELIGION and POLITICAL RELATIONS. The New Jersey Office as well as the Philadelphia Regional Office has put down rules pertaining to Discrimination and Retaliation but these rules all depends on who you are. They have been investigation this Account Manager that used his AlliedBarton email account to send Sexual Pictures and they did nothing about it. I had always said that if you are not part of the Solution then you become part of the problem. The reason I wanted to make this public was to allow anyone that has been TERMINATED for doing the same thing to contact me so that we may assist you in a LAW SUIT if you were upset about loosing your position and this Operations Manager was allowed to keep his. Also the purpose of this was to inform companies that hired AlliedBarton Security Service that they are also part of the problem because they show their consumers that they support a company that employs a company that allows certain employees to Sexually Explicit Women through their company's email is a disrespectful company to do business with. Any company that does business with AlliedBarton should really consider the message that AlliedBarton is handing out. They allow employees to use words like n****r and COLOR when speaking about African American. They insult women by sending Nude pictures so over the internet so that children and other people can see. They rule by intimdation and dared my friend to REPORT them and when he did, they attempted to FIRE HIM. When I put this on the site of RIPOFF Report, he came to me and asked me to take it down because they were trying to threaten him to make me take it down. They stated that they may want to sue him for deplamation but the defense to deplamation is TRUTH. All the statements were true and can easily be supported by the emails that he has that these SEXUAL PERVERTS FROM ALLIEDBARTON SECURITY SERVICES. If you are wondering why I am so upset is because that even though ALLIEDBARTON SECURITY SERVICES has all the emails that this Operations Manager has sent out, they still have him employed with the company. Is it because this Operations Manager is WHITE? Is it that they share the same thoughts that BLACKS are no more then NIGGERS? I am wondering why? They have the emails that this Operations Manager has sent out which is an insult to every woman with morals about her body but yet it is an insult to any brother, father and son who has to see that they are allowing this to go on without doing anything. With Tony being a FATHER raising daughters I could see how he would be offended by someone showing these pictures such as this. As a proud African-American I could see how he would be offended of someone being allowed to call him n****r. Though, many people believe that he should of gotten physically with the AlliedBarton employee that called him this name, he instead kept stayed professional and mature when he reported to his AlliedBarton Security Service Operation Manager who thought by the other employee calling Tony a n****r was a funny joke. So any company that employs AlliedBarton (SpetaGuard) Security Services will be getting a company will also be REPRESENTING that they support RACIST. They are also a company that downgrade WOMEN by showing nudity within their emails.

This is OLD STUFF to those of us who saw how these SCUMBAGS work!

THEY RECRUIT THE WORST FEMALE PERSONNEL POSSIBLE -- USUALLY ONES WANTING TO WORK CHEAP --- YOUNG, INEXPERIENCED YUPPIES WITH ALL OF THE ARROGANT, RACIST ATTITUDES AND STEREOTYPES INTACT AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACTUAL SECURITY EXPERIENCE SO THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

AND THE COMPANY DOES THIS DELIBERATELY.

BY HIRING PEOPLE LIKE THIS, THEY ARE SETTING THEM UP FOR FAILURE. THEY SHOULD AT LEAST TRAIN THEM BUT THAT WOULD INCUR ADDITIONAL EXPENSE AND THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY AND EXPLOIT EVERYBODY THEY CAN AND THEY DO.

THEY LIKE TO SET WOMEN UP FOR FAILURE.

EVENTUALLY, THE WOMEN WILL MESS UP. IT'S SET UP THAT WAY SO THEY WILL FAIL.

IN EEOC PARLANCE, IT IS SETTING EMPLOYEES UP FOR FAILURE.

THEY WILL THEN BE JUSTIFIED IN FIRING THEM BECAUSE THEY VERY LEGITIMATELY COST THEM BUSINESS AND THIS WILL STAND IN COURT.

VERY CLEVER.

THEY WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE TO EEOC BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP AND THE ONUS IS ON THEM. THEY COULD CONTEND THAT THEY WERE INADEQUATEly TRAINED IN THE COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THEIR JOB AND THEY WERE NOT GIVEN A SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION.

PROBABLY ALLIED BARTON SAID THAT THESE WERE SPELLED OUT IN THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ( WHICH IS PROBABLY THE SAME ONE THEY GIVE THE GUARDS HARDLY RELEVANT TO WHAT THESE LADIES WERE DOING) AND IF THEY DIDN'T READ IT, TOO BAD.

THEY WILL THEN CITE THIS BAD PERFORMANCE RECORD BY WOMEN TO JUSTIFY NOT HIRING ANY MORE FOR AS LONG AS THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT,

LIKE THE ALLIED BARTON SUPERVISOR TOLD ONE OF MY COUSINS AT HER SECURITY SITE:

" The DAMNED EEOC says we HAVE to hire YOU PEOPLE but it doesn't say we have to KEEP YOU PEOPLE on the payroll. And YOU PEOPLE just don't seem to work out here."

I WONDER WHY!

THIS IS ONE OF THE SEXIST, RACIST, DISCRIMINATORY PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD SERVICE CONTRACTORS EVER!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, IF YOU ARE SOMEONE NEEDING SECURITY!

HIRE YOUR OWN IN-HOUSE SECURITY OR USE A SMALLER COMPANY.

WHEN THESE SECURITY PEOPLE GET MAD THEY WILL TAKE IT OUT ON YOU EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE COMPANY THAT IS SCREWING THEM OVER.

It's just as bad here in the Las Vegas area. They recently (and the first time in the almost 4 yrs. I been with the Company) hired at least 2 female Acct. Managers - I think possibly to take the heat off their discriminatory practice of not having ANY female Acct. Managers in this area - I swear they must have advertised on Craigslist "Bitches wanted" because the 2 new female acct. managers ARE bitches - there is just NO NICE WAY to put it otherwise. The clients are already started to push back and demand these women be removed as acct. mgr. of their acct. because they (the women) have suddenly decided only THEY are qualified to supervise an acct - apparently the supervisors in place for many years are suddenly incompetent nimrods - if so, AlliedBarton, why have you as a company allowed these sudden-nimrods to supervise for all these years?? Weren't you doing a disservice to your client by having a so-called 'incompetent' supervising their account? You see it's a double-edged sword - if the company suddenly decides their supervisors are too inept to do their job correctly after many years then the company needs to explain why is took so long for them to realize this..... I know of 3 accts. that are now shopping around for a new company - AlliedBarton will be given the boot - the clients who love their security guards will simply move on to another company and stipulate that this new company take on whatever existing guards they (the client) want to keep. And the guards will GLADLY move on to another company - esp. since there is NO INCENTIVE to stick with AlliedBarton. AlliedBarton is not fooling any one - they hired these women to fill the positions of Acct. Mgrs. because they are on the verge of being hit with huge discrimination lawsuits - how else to explain going from NO female Acct. Mgrs. to suddenly 2 and possibly even 3?? These kind of things don't happen by accident - trust me - there is a plan here to cover their a@@es. Bottom line - to clients : DO NOT HIRE ALLIEDBARTON and the guards: LEAVE AND GO WITH WHATEVER NEW COMPANY YOUR CLIENT CHOOSES - it certainly can't get any worse as AlliedBarton surely is the bottom of the barrel.

I know that he is not happy with me putting this up here but he is still being Mentally Abused by Co-Workers, Subordinates and the Management Team at AlliedBarton Securiy Services (New Jersey Office). The Management that started all this is still employed because he is white and Tony is Black. They have written on his Truck (SNATCH) and have cause him a lot of mental pain. I really do not think he is going to trust anyone for a long time. They had even told him that he had made his bed so he would have to sleep in it. They also told him that he should of not ever complained. Now this is the District Manager telling him this. This is some BULL----.

For a company to treat an employee like this is very wrong and I would hope that you do not attempt to take this down. This is definitely someone that is being a "BULLY" and I hope that you sue the pants off this company. Though they are have the proof that this employee of AlliedBarton used his email to send you so much disrespectful things and they had allowed them to still be employed there is an additional form of disrespect to you and other employees there. This is a strong way of saying that they allow some employees to get away from doing such things. For a company to treat an employee like this is very wrong and I would hope that you do not attempt to take this down. This is definitely someone that is being a "BULLY" and I hope that you sue the pants off this company. Though they are have the proof that this employee of AlliedBarton used his email to send you so much disrespectful things and they had allowed them to still be employed there is an additional form of disrespect to you and other employees there. This is a strong way of saying that they allow some employees to get away from doing such things. I have heard how AlliedBarton treat some employees different because of their race or sex but for them to use their email address to send SEXUAL EXPLICIT materials and then dare you to make a complaint, you were stupid by allowing them to keep sending these things. When your daughter had seen the email, you should of taken it straight to the Local Law Enforcement Agency and file a criminal complaint. Now you want it to be taken down.... PLEASE DO NOT DO IT.... Let everyone know exactly how you are treated. The only reason I can imagine that why you would want it down is because you are fearful of retaliation that they have already displayed on you will get worse. If that is the case keep putting the information back on here because I am one that will keep on reading it. Are you still working for this company? Are they still treating you like that?
