AlliedBarton Discrimination and Unfair Labor Practices Internet
After 15 years at a site I was told I was being replaced by someone that had never worked a day at
the site. I was the Account Manager with no disciplinary actions against me in all my years. The
management is all about Micromangement. They make all the decisions and treat people like
they are dirt. They lied about my pay raises, they lied about my vacation and they lied
about my overtime. Ron Martel, Larry Christine and Glen Schnitzer are the worse management
I have ever encountered in 30 years of employment. Why was I replaced ? AlliedBarton lost the
contract at NASA and had an extra account manager. I accuse AlliedBarton of Discrimination,
Harassement, and Unfair Labor practices. I have all my documentation despite the fact my
email was froze to prevent me from obtaining evidence. I printed all emails before that was done.

AlliedBarton still has the contract at all Ascend plants regardless of the fact that just before they won the contract Alliedbarton was caught by hidden cameras at the ENOS plant stealing Ascend assets.

I sent emails and letters to the president of AlliedBarton and never got a single response.
Why ? The truth hurts and they know they screwed up by replacing me with an employee that
was not qualified. The high turnover continues with over 30 employees quitting or fired since I was terminated. Alliedbarton is by far the WORSE security in the world, and expect no rebuttal from Alliedbarton because the truth hurts.

My replacement Miss Carrier never returned to the site after leaving due to medical conditions. My investigation reveals that Alliedbarton replaced me with a person that had little or no people skills, screamed at my former coworkers instead of talking over issues, and a person that REFUSED to train at all the gates that I was qualified on. Alliedbarton STILL refuses to admit to anything !

Rhonda Carrrier takes medical leave

During the Month of May2012, the new account manager got into an argument with another employee . She left the site and took medical leave . Incredible ! This is the person that Alliedbarton told the EEOC was more qualified than me. The fact is the turnover with Miss Carrier over the site in 6 months is over 20 employees. When I was over the site it was ZERO. In my 15 years at the site, I never was disrespectful to anyone nor did I get into any arguments. One has to wonder how long Alliedbarton will have this contract. One also has to wonder how many more lies will be told to the EEOC by Alliedbarton.

Turnover continues Alliedbarton Ascend

The turnover at Alliedbarton Ascend is now at 16 employees since Rhonda Carrier took over. It was zero when I was in charge. It seems to me that she can do whatever she wants and HR does nothing. After 6 months she is still untrained at all the gates this is incredible since upper management stated that if anyone needs more than 2 weeks training they will be moved to 7.25 hour. Yet another lie told by this group. WARNING: If you work for Alliedbarton BEWARE of the Pasadena Texas Management !!

earlier in my investigation I attempted to resolve my complaints and protest with Alliedbarton as per the email below this email, instead Alliedbarton decided to terminate me and so this investigation continues until ?
Please explain why Rhonda Carrier is still over the Ascend Alliedbarton site even though everything below has been reported to HR and DID happen.
1. Rhonda Carrier destroys legal documents to hide disciplinary actions to promote her favorites.
2. Rhonda Carrier promoted an employee that uses racial slurs(Arletta Scott) and terminated one for the same infraction (James Mitchell), this is biased .
3. Rhonda Carrier comes and goes all the time and sometimes, her shift is covered by no one.
4. Rhonda Carrier is no where even close to my expertise of the Ascend site, and is still untrained after 5 months on the site.
5. Rhonda Carrier cousin Kevin Carrier works for Ascend, clear conflict of interest. Arletta Scott husband works in the Ascend plant, seems to me this is even more conflict of interest.
6. Employee turnover stands at 9 with Miss Carrier over the site.
One has to wonder why Glen Schnitzer resigned from Alliedbarton after working there nearly 12 years. The fact is he is the one that highly recommended Rhonda Carrier to replace me and when he moved her to the site this is when the downword spiral of Alliedbarton Ascend began. What was created is high turnover , low moral, stress of current officers, resignations and a unhappy client.

Alliedbarton replaced me with another Alliedbarton employee from another site.
On 10/10/11 Rhonda Carrier took over the site at Ascend, and as of today she is still not trained at all the gates as per my witnesses. On or about 02/09/12 a supervisor with Alliedbarton wrote up another employee for missing 2.5 days of work in a row. Then Account Manager Rhonda Carrier read the report and then she tore it up and through it in the trash. The supervisor was upset and feared for his job and didn't report it to HR . He did report it to coworkers. In closing I will add that the turnover is at 8 employees in only 5 months since Miss Carrier took over. It was zero when I was over the site because I treated everyone with dignity and respect. Alliedbarton replaced me with someone that is corrupt and unfair.

Glen Schnitzer Resigns

On or about 02/09/12 an email was sent out stating that Alliedbarton supervisor had resigned from the company. When the going gets tuff the tuff get going.
