AlliedBarton's District Manager Doug Ulrich has done it again. He has managed to find an account manager to carry on where the last one left off, here we go again this time Mr. Willie Brown has turned the EWC campus into a military checkpost. When i complained about his favorite henchman Sgt. Bennett i was threatened with a shift change, he preaches safety and security but he just got his licenses in the last 60 days and i've been licensed for over 20 years, but because things aren't done the way they're done in the Navy or the way he would do them, then it's automatically wrong and it doesn't matter if it's policy and procedure and it works. My main job duties have been replaced by a useless task that's not worth the time it took to make it up and besides that the problems on the post are not security related they are EWC and housing related. At the heart of the problem is Doug Ulrich! every person who is hired seems to have preconceived notions about me and my co-workers when i introduced myself to Willie Brown, he responded " Oh, so you're Ms. Thomas". I don't know what that meant but that gave me a clue. I was relatively unknown for 4 years and all of a sudden in the last 6 months, i'm notorious as a trouble maker, someone who doesn't do their job, and someone to watch( started with former manager Shawna Fulton) we even have a new hire talking about our first account manager Chief Darby. I have been denied promotions, breaks, and overtime pay and Sgt. Bennett has been assigned as my personal shift supervisor for he spends more time at my post than any other and Mr. Brown doesn't find this questionable. There is absolutely too much going on and the rules change everyday, meanwhile back at the ranch, Mr. Brown still finds the time and the nerve to talk about me to my co-workers which is not only unprofessional but distressful. My only fear is that his lack of people skills, supervisory prowess, and inflated ego is going to cause another student to be hurt which hurts the client. I don't have enough time or energy to go into the four rule books and Willie Brown's unwritten rules which Sgt. Bennett's not following, but who cares as long as they make my co-workers and i pay for complaining to the HR Manager and they get EWC to sign another 3 year contract
