Complaint Review: Allin Plumbing & Heating

I called this company to check out a plugged toilet. There is a clean out under the sink that I had already ran a snake into and found a blockage but I couldn't get it clear. I called a plumber thinking that they have access to a power snake and would be better able to clear a drain than I am. When this guy came (my wife was home at the time) he didn't even try to snake the drain out. He claimed it was "bad for the drain" to clean it out that way and he wanted to pull the whole toilet off and charge $250 for this. I talked to him by phone and told him about the clean out under the sink and he claimed that it wasn't even connected to the toilet! He refused to snake it out so I had to call another company to take care of it. What a rip off artist.
