Allinone tech support used a pop up box to warn me of a virus, and malware attack that needed immediate attention. There was a phone number to call, saying they were Microsoft support.

 

They had Indian accents and gave me 3 options, of which I chose the $299.00 repair covering 2 years. I gave credit card to charge and they took remote control of my PC and said all was repaired and they installed Norton security for me. All the while a box kept popping up saying "Norton blocked an attack from Adware"

 

After 1 day, my PC was worse so I got them to take remote control again. Now my PC almost crashed with another window pop up saying, "Warning: Fatal System Error. All existing files and documents may be lost or become corrupted. Virus, worm, Trojan, Malware. Immediate support required.

 

This pop up was really Microsoft support. I paid them another $299.00 and they took overnight remote control for 16 hours. My PC was back to normal, with a lifetime "Defender Pro" installed. I disputed the credit card charge which was removed.

DO NOT do any business with these frauds.

ALLINONE TECH is an independent organization and is not affiliated with Microsoft; we provide technical support for all computer brands. We would never use any unfair means of doing business. We have team of certified and expert professionals who are dedicated towards customer's satisfaction.

Unfortunately if you were not satisfied with the service provided to you in that case you were very well aware of terms of the service, either you should have notified the issue to us or else instead of disputing the amount you should have directly asked us for refund, but to best of our knowledge we have not received any refund request from you till date.

However we take feedback seriously though and if you have any proof which will substantiate that you have tried any possible way to contact us to notify the issue or to ask for refund, we request you to email us those document along with you ALLINONE TECH Customer ID on our email address [email protected] . We would like to investigate the case and then action upon it if required.
