This company have not provided me with anything that they promised. I was told that would receive anywhere from 30 to 50 good leads per month. I was told that I had to pay up front for certain zip codes for the year. I was told that my representative would do everything in their power to make sure I am getting my 30 to 50 leads per month. I was told that I would be contacted weekly for follow-ups. I haven't heard from my so-called representative in months.
I signed on with this company in August of 2005 and they only lead I have gotten from them was bad. The prospect had requested insurance information some time ago - long before I ever received the lead. Being so upset by being completely ripped off by this company...I asked from my money back and we told that this was not possible.
I started talking to some of my fellow agents and 5 others in my area were experiencing the same problems with this company. I started doing more research and found that this company has ripped off many, many agents all over the country. Please, Please, Please stay away from them. They just take your money and give you nothing in return. I am new in business and losing $3,000 was very damaging.

I'M NOT AN ATTORNEY, BUT HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK. IN MOST STATES, YOU CANNOT BE SUCCESSFULLY SUED FOR LIBEL (WRITTEN DEFEMATION) IF YOUR STATEMENTS ARE "TRUE".
I'M NOT AN ATTORNEY, BUT IN MY PERSONAL OPINON, YOU WERE DUPED A SECOND TIME BY THEM WHEN YOU WERE INTIMIDATED INTO RETRACTING YOUR STATEMENTS (ASSUMING THEY WERE TRUE AND FACTUAL).
YOU WERE RIGHT TO REPORT THEM. IF WE DON'T STAND FOR SOMETHING, WE'LL FALL FOR ANYTHING!!
I HOPE EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY THIS COMPANY BEGINS TO BAN TOGETHER FOR A CLASS ACTION.

I retract all of my above statements. IMG/Allinsuranceneedz did what they were obligated to do according to the contract I entered into with them.
My advice to everyone out there is to very carefully read any contract you enter into with anyone.

All of the items stated in this report are true but IMG/Allinsuranceneedz did not breach the contract I signed with them and now they are going to "seek damages against me for the defamatory nature of the content of my post"...They ripped me off and now they are sueing.
The representative that sold me the service verbally promised me items that were not listed in the contract. If my report helped even one other person from being scammed by them...maybe all this is worth it.
I wonder how the people who work for IMG and the lawyers defending them sleep at night? They should all be ashamed.
