Complaint Review: Allison-Beker

I recently went online to purchase a theatre iytem from ebay member allison-beker. This is one of those high volume power seller knothead company run by a non-english speaking urchin who goes by the name of "Bogdan".

The item i had purchased was a theatrical xenon projector with 544 hours on the lamphouse. While a heavy item of such bulk would indeed have to be freighted to my house. I proceeded to tell the seller to invoice me the full amount and i would be happy to pay. After several days of waiting, I called the sellers "store" and this Bogdan fellow with a strong accent claimed i should email the company and ask for another person as he was not the owner and the person i should be speaking with. ( Lie # 1) He exclaimed the company was closed at the time of my calling and to email for best results. He was curt in attitude and exteremly short with my concerns of getting the item delivered properly as i would in fact have to take a day off from work to stay home and receive it!


I continued to email throughout the weekend and got responses that were satisfactory from a "Liana". All of a sudden upon further inquiry, i get an email from lianas mailbox with an ultra strong tone of abrasiveness telling me to SEND funds immediately and then he will tell me how much more it is that i owe him for shipping! and that he will NO LONGER accept any former of payment from me other than a cashiers check or moneyorder.

This dunderhead listed this bulky item and wanted 200.00 shipping up front, and then a possible balance depending upon location. SORRY - give me a full total and i will pay you all at once!..... I guess this scared him in the fact he was obviously going to rape me on a hefty shipping cost, but i didnt bite.

Thats when the nasty email came from lianas mailbox. The owner of this so called power seller company was INDEED this illiterate BOGDAN fellow who had tapped into the company mailbox (and from his empoloyees one!), and started to dictate stipulations.

I called him and told him what he could do with his broken down misrepresented unit right then and there.

****HERES SOME THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY****

1. The unit i had purchased (only days prior) was relisted AGAIN in their auctions with the EXACTING description and same lamp hours as another unit. This is an IMPOSSIBILITY for two units to have the same lamp hours on them.

2. Their company feedback is overwhelmed by buyers who have been ripped off from non-working merchandise as they claim everything is tested and working fine. If you dig deep, you'll see that 99% of their company image is blemished by these accusations all of which no doubt true.

3. Take a good look at this sellers responses to his customers who have in good faith purchased from him and paid on time. This imbecile is showing the world his business ethics to be that of a grapefruit.

buyer: WORKS FINE means nothing. I ignored 186 negative lost $860; Seller very tricky!

Overall company policy? We GIVE what we RECEIVE in feedback. Gee - thats wisdom and honesty for a customer to have faith in!

I have been on ebay since it's inception and have worked for MANY ecommerce/ebay powerseller companys. In all my years , i have never seen such an apathetic pinhead of a seller with the capacity to reason that of a four year old. HOW this fleamarket entrepeneur got a loan to even start a business on line has left me spellbound. I implore ANYONE that is interested in this buffoons auctions, to stop and think three times as you will CERTAINLY be out your money, and ruin your credibility as a buyer with the childlike retalitory schoolyard antics of this immigrant based on line store.
