Allison Pollack, Allison Pollack-Griffin or Alli an employee at PA DUI Association, Philadelphia location (1211 Chestnut Street) for several years was stealing money from the non profit organization, for well over 7 years. She was using funds from the non profit organization to pay for her own personal bills. She manipulated, forged and created bills in order to recieve monetary reimbursements from the organization for over 7 years.
The stealing also included Allison Pollack using family members and friends to work at the office doing things such as cleaning and working on computers. Allison Pollack then made up receipts as if the people getting paid were 1. not her family or friends and 2. people who were actually qualified and or licensed/credentialed to do the work.
Getting paid for time spent while on vacation and acting as if she was working from home was another unethical practice exercised by Allison Pollack, Allison Pollack-Griffin, Alli. Unfortunately, it took years for the PA DUI ASSOCIATION to find out about the stealing that was taking place by Allison Pollack. An organization that focuses on reprimanding and rehabilitating individuals due to them breaking the law (driving under the influence) for several years had someone, Allison Pollack, working as a Director who was consistently and without shame stealing, commiting fraud and falsifying documents.
She was able to get away with stealing, fraud and falsifying documents inorder to recieve monetary reimbursement because Allison Pollack also was responsible for completing all of the accounting issues for the office in which she worked.
Allison Pollack, Allison Pollack-Griffin said that her excuse for doing these unethical things while Director at the PA DUI Association was because she was unhappy with her life, didnt feel loved and was confused due to having several affairs on her husband during her entire marriage.
The unethical actions of Allison Pollack, Allison Pollack-Griffin is a giant smear on the reputation of the PA DUI ASSOCIATION, a non profit organization. It is hoped that the people in leadership positions, who have all been notified of Allison Pollack actions have learned from the conniving, fradulent and untruthful moves of Allison Pollack, Allison Pollack-Griffin.

Allison was slandered, stalked, harassed, and terrorized by a mentally unstable Janon Berry (the above false complaint is Janon using an alias) of Philadelphia over the years of 2010 through 2013 after Allison fired Janon as the realtor on the sale of her home. The above complaint under a false name Walker Coals, was one of many attempts to harass Allison and was written by Janon during the time when Allison was being terribly harassed to the point of filing harassment orders as she feared for her life. She also harassed Allison’s fiancé, her family members as well as called her place of business which caused the office to obtain caller ID and screen calls.
The business the above person mentions where Allison was employed was in Excellent standing for the ENTIRE 17 years of operation when it closed Dec of 2016 during program transfer. There Has NEVER been one complaint against Allison, any of her employees, colleagues or the company in the 17 years of operation. Janon Berry who goes by Shawn Coleman (Walker Coals etc) stalked and tried to slander Allison until criminal complaints were filed again her. The PA DUI Association Director, Philadelphia District Attorney’s office and or DUI Coordinator offices of the Criminal Justice Center In Philadelphia can verify these facts and give a true reference of Allison and the fact that the business was in excellent standing period. The person named “walker Coals” who wrote these statements is really a” Janon Berry” of Philadelphia.

Allison filed a police report and followed the instructions of the court in sending a Cease and desist letter (which was returned in shredded pieces to Allison’s front door). Janon (walker coals) listed Allison’s house as she was a “newer” realtor Allison met a gym, but Allison soon discovered erratic behavior from Janon and Allison backed away from her on a personal level after being frightened at her behavior first in a business setting, then at a boot camp where Allison and Janon both attended in Phila., Janon Berry became out of control on a rampage against the owner of the boot camp owner (David A. Miller of DAM GOOD BODIES boot camp) who ordered her out of his gym while she screamed and cursed in front of the entire class In Philadelphia).
Allison went to the head of Keller Williams in NE Phila. to report this and other erratic behavior exhibited by Janon and that she feared if Janon kept a key to her house as the realtor. They soon learned that Janon was also stalking her EX fiancé Eric Johnson, an actuary in Philadelpia. Janon installed spyware on her boyfriend’s cell phone and Allison later found out she did the same to her (Janon was able to see texts -hear phone calls). Janon’s behavior was out of control and the head of the Keller Williams on Welsh Road in Phila Fired Janon Berry (walker coals) and explained to Allison he would file with the Association of Realtors a complaint and be witness. This further enraged Janon and she then began the online slandering. Again, all untrue and can be verified by Any official source that she names in this crazy complaint.
During the short time Janon had access to Allison’s home, she installed spyware on her office computer and stole all of her email contacts and tried to send a letter of lies to them all in an order to terrorize Allison. It did not work as it was all untrue. The office IT person could not remove the spyware and ended up having to replace the computer in case she did anything else.
Anonymous accusations that can be easily verified as untrue, people are getting away with harassment and bullying even when the facts are easily checked to be false. This should not be legal.

I've known Allison since '87. Not only is the complaint untrue it should be illegal to do this. Her business is exemplory with zero complaints in her dealings with the city of Philadelphia for over twenty years. I'm happy to see that her business is still thriving yet unhappy that people can get away with writing fake complaints.

I have know Allison since 1985 and none of these things are true. You, Janon are truly a psycho! You have done nothing but stalk and harass her because you are jealous. Lets talk about the fact that you were fired from Keller and Williams for removing her house from the market.....even though you were the agent. You installed spyware on your boyfriends computer so you could watch his every move. You spread nasty vicious rumors about her to anyone that would listen. You lie about everything in your life, because you are a very disturbed person. The fact that you have actively harassed her for over a year is scary. Don't you have other things to do? Like intensive therapy sessions? Do you think she could steal and commit fraud for seven years? No that would be impossible for her to remain as the director to this day. The auditors have never had any issues with the business. Her business is in compliance. I would trust Allison "Ally" with my business. Such a shame that you have so much hate in your heart. No one cares what you think, but you do not have the right to post nasty untrue things about people on the internet. I would continue and tell all of your business including your address and phone number if you would like me too. Take a good look at yourself and try to be a better person.
