Allison Taguchi De-frauded Non-Profit organization of over $8,000.00 San Francisco , California
Allison Taguchi applied for the position of grantwriter for our non-profit organization, which works to transform living conditions in orphanages and children's homes around the world. She presented false reference letters, fake telephone numbers with actual people providing fake references, and a fake resume claiming to have worked with reknown organizations such as UNICEF and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. We signed a two month contract where she was to be paid $50 per hour to outreach to potential donors and submit grants. In the two month period, she indicated and billed in her invoices time spent talking and meeting with interested donors, as well as organizations and foundations that were 'interested' in our work, and for time spent sending out proposals to interested parties. After no money had come in after two months of numerous promises, we began to question her. We independently reached out the individuals and foundations that proposals and LOI's had been sent to, only to hear that they had never heard of either Allison Taguchi or our organization. She delibrately lied about work that she was supposedly doing and billed for this so called 'work'. Our organization paid her thousands of dollars to raise funds, yet she did not reach out to any individuals or foundations. This woman has committed fraud against a licensed 501(c)3 non-profit organization and we hope that no one else falls prey to her.

It is certainly not cool that this was done to a foundation. I also read a story here where the charity that was expecting the money was unable to receive it because of a fraudster as mentioned in this story published by Google and this had to be stopped. thank you for posting this ripoff report to help inform us of these issues that are plauging the public.
