Complaint Review: Allison White

This review is in regards to Allison White, a hair stylist at Chic Impressions on Thain Rd. I found an ad she had posted on Facebook for a special she was having and how she's trying to build up her clientele. I contacted her via FB messenger and made an appointment for the following day. The day after my appointment I texted her asking if she could fix a huge chunk of blonde that was in the front maybe by adding more brown in it. (It wasn't like the rest of my hair and it drove me crazy.). She texted back and promised to make it right. We made another appointment for this past Thursday. She never showed up. I tried calling and texting her and she never answered. Over the past few days I've tried reaching out to her via FB messenger, text and even calling the salon. She will not respond. I'm not sure what else to do at this point other than to warn people not to use her, as she's clearly not concerned about keeping her "clientele" returning or happy.
