Complaint Review: allmyfavoriteshow.com

i ordered berverly hills 90210 10 season box set on the 28th july 2007 from allmyfavoriteshows and the ammout for the order was $118.99 + $49.99 courier service which they stated they used canada post and all came up to $168.99 already debited to my account came out as dvdsets on my statments.

i was sent an email on the day i ordered the box set , and another on the day my card was debited, also i have been emailing them and they have replied ,but today 7th of august i have tried to enter their web page and its not there .

like they have dissapeared, i remember they had on the site a live person customer service which i have used to talk to their reps,

they told me on various occations that my order was not shipped cause they were waiting for their delivery , which should arrive 2nd week of august.

i now don't know what to say or do, this is unacceptable .

so if you need names,email adresses of this company or ip adresses from where i received these emails please don't hesitate to contact me cause im really pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!
