Allmyfavoriteshows.tv - Tvaddicts.tv - Dvdavenue.tv Received wrong DVD's and they will they not replace with the correct ones Internet
We ordered the complete 3 season Twelve O'clock High TV series set on 5/18/07. We received a package on 6/27/07.
The package contained 3 DVD cases marked Twelve O'clock High, (Volume 1, Volume 2 and Volume 3. The discs themselves were labeled Twelve O'clock High, disc 1 through 16. (I still have the packaging and DVD's).
I immediately viewed the discs on my DVD player, and to my surprise, they were the Judging Amy TV Series, not Twelve O'clock High! ALL 16 discs.
I made immediate contact with them and told them of the problem. I was assured that the correct set would be shipped immediately along with a postage paid package to return the wrong set.
Since that time I have made numerous contacts with them by email by both email at orders@allmyfavoriteshows.com, orders@tvaddicts.tv orders@dvdavenue.tv., and the "Live-Person" access on their web page. Each time they assured me that I would be receiving the replacement set. That they were having a problem with the supplier because of high demand, etc..
I have tried numerous times to contact them by the phone number they advertise, 1-877-7-TV-SHOW, but an automated message always comes on stating that no one is in the office, and leave a message, etc.. I have left numerous massages, and never got a call back.
Recently when I try to contact them by email, at customersupport@dvdsupport.tv, I always get an auto-reply email stating, "Thank you for your contact. We will respond to you within 24 hours.", and when I try to contact them by email at orders@allmyfavoriteshowscom, orders@tvaddicts.tv and orders@dvdavenue.tv I never get a response from them now.
I still have the packageing and wrong discs.
