Allnewsports.com Shoddy Merchandise--Useless "warranty" --Lots of "LIP SERVICE" but no REAL service Newton Kansas
Purchased a 250 cc go-cart. GK-K7-- Came with broken parts. They were notified immediately. Upon having the vehicle assembled a factory installed part was discovered to be defective. The part that allows the unit to be driven, connects the chain to the transmission. We sent a pic. OH---and this comes partially assembled with no assembly manual and NO parts list to correctly name and identify the defective part.
FIVE months later after dozens of emails and almost an equal number of phone calls I GAVE UP!!! I had my credit card company process a charge back. We didn't get a useable product and the seller had yet to make it useable. They did however ship me non-matching tire.
Wouldn't you know it--after the charge back was processed I get a phone call..... "What part is it we need to send to you?" Got to love that "Customer SERVICE" huh? After months and months of emailing lists and photos of the defective part they now have an interest.
I think they must be running a drop ship company-- which is why NO parts--NO customer service beyond an ignored email--and no color choice guarentee. We got the "second choice color" as did the the last person who rated this company. All in all--as they said to me in an email to be patient and that this is what you get when you buy on the internet. I buy 10s of thousands of dollars of items a year on the internet. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience yet. AND NOT THE NORM!!!!

I feel your pain:
After about 20 calls and emails I gave up. Promises of good faith turned into lies and they became very rude.
I had over a $1000 worth of damage or a $2300 Scooter and I hadn't even gotten to drive it.
I did the email postings with pictures several times and on the phone and got to the same place as you, no where.
I have posted something anywhere I can in regards to the type of business they are anywhere I can find their name on the internet so at least others will not experience the same as we have!
They now have started up a "NEW" name/website for their company. www.alitescooters.com. BEWARE! I found this out from another posting on ripoffreport.com
