After recieving scooter in mid May, I unpacked it to discover broken floorboard, ripped seat, and broken front break. After emailing pictures of damaged parts, was told parts would be put in mail that day. After two weeks called and was told parts not in stock. After 1 month and several phone calls, recieved floorboard and brakes (no seat). I was told Allnewsport would pay to have parts replaced. Still waiting for my $240.

When I finally got scooter running, found out speedometer doesn't work. When I called Allnewsports, they said they didn't have a speedometer cable in stock and it would be faster if I order it from somewhere else. After two months I am still waiting for new seat.

It seems impossible to get in contact with the parts department, they never answer thier phone. When you do get someone in customer service, they always say they will get back to you and they never do.
