Alloy Clothing Apparel Returns Via UPS Are Ridiculous! Hanover, Pennsylvania

I purchased a dress from Alloy that did not fit, so I contacted the company and was given a prepaid UPS label for returning the item to them. I am disabled and live in a rural area, not in the city where there are drop-boxes on every corner. I have walked to both areas where UPS drop-boxes were SUPPOSED to exist but they were not there. I cannot go walking all over creation looking for drop-boxes that don't exist. In trying to schedule a home pick-up, I was told that I would be charged $10 for a residential pick-up. THIS IS PREPAID!!! Alloy needs to restructure their return policy to include shipments via USPS, or any means that may be convenient to the customer. This suspiciously smells of a "policy" designed to discourage the customer from returning anything. No more Alloy for me!
