allpainter.com Ordered oil painting but they sent cheap print Xiamen Fujian
I ordered a Dali oil painting on canvas from Chinese company allpainter.com for $230 but they sent me a cheap print on paper instead and don't answer my emails. I requested a chargeback from my credit card company but allpainter challenged it, saying that they had delivered the 'painting' and produced the courier receipt as proof so I can't claim my money back. The only artists this studio employs is scam artists!
