I ordered an oil painting from them as a Christmas gift but it never arrived and shortly after buying online with my credit card.
I noticed that small payments were being taken from my credit card by shops in Xiamen, China where allpainter is located. Had to cancel my card. Avoid these Chinese credit card fraudsters.
