I ordered a large painting from allpainter.com, they said it would take 3 weeks but actually it took 3 months. They shipped the painting rolled up in a tube and when I opened there was an overpowering foul smell. I pulled out the painting and to my horror saw that there was a dead, decomposed rat inside the packing tube too.

I immediately notified allpainter who said that it was not their fault as the rat must have got inside the package when it was opened by Customs (they had not opened the package) and so they would not refund me nor repalce the painting which was very badly done anyway. AVOID allpainter.com
