Complaint Review: Allpoint ATM

Allpoint ATM The new ATMs inside cvs stores I requested 200, it asked if I agree to pay the fee, I accept, it only dropped 120.00 still charging for the fee of course Warren Nationwide

In all my life, if I ever requested an amount that was not in my account, the ATM responds with a big annoying "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS", even though the money was in my account, it didn't get the proper approval and still dispensed what it thought I could get. I requested 200, it only dispensed 120.00. Even though the money was in fact in my account. Still charged for the three dollar fee. If what I requested isn't available, it should tell me insufficient funds, not kick out and still charge. 

Allpoint customer service is completely useless on the matter, and expect you to spend hours requesting forms and talking to your bank. It's just three bucks, I don't want to spend the time on dealing with it, and I'm pretty sure they know this when they steal your money!
