Especially FREE 4 ROOMS SYSTEOM!!! I also discuss with your salesman about 19.99 program, I keep ask him that we only want to paying 19.99 monthly and ask him how about Asian channel? He refers me this web link http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/whats_on_dish/programming_packages/dish_family/packages.aspx I ask him how many Asian Channel

we have? He said Four!! which means CCTV-9265CCTV-9694CCTV-E695CCTV-E884. I KEEP ASK HIM WHY THEY HAVE TWO CCTV-E AND TWO CCTV-9? HE SAID THAT IT IS DIFFERENT EVEN THE "NAME IS THE SAME'!!!! OK SO I BELIEVE WHAT HE SAID!! I ALSO KEEP REMIND HIM FOUR ROOM FREE?? HE SAID YES FOUR ROOM IS FREE. OK I CALL BACK TO CONFIRM ON WEDNESDAY THAT IT STILL THE SAME 19.99 EVERY MONTH?? I keep ask the sale rep that I just want to pay 19.99!! that's it. WHO EVER ANSWERED THE CALL CONFIRM THAT IS THE DEAL. After the technicians came to the house, did not acknowledge local channel is additional charge etc. DID NOT MENTION ADDITIONAL BOX CHARGE He also assurance us that within two days we can cancel the service without any cost!! I call the number on remote control and they transfer us to Dish network after I explain everything happen to them, supervisor was very sympathy our situation. She agrees to waive cancellation. We are low income family. We really just want some low rate program. We have not had cable or satellite for at least ten years. This is something we really can have or not necessary too. Why cancel the service? The salesman lie to us. I guess that he can get commissions for close the deal. This is very bad for your company image and reputation. We live in group of community which most heavily Asian house. They all very sympathy us about what happen to us. I go to a church which is about one thousand people attend. I might go to tell them everything about this terrible thing. Our income all go to high house payment and gas price. we live very tight budget living. We really want the service which originally promised by the first salesman. $19.99 and four Asian channels. I wonder how could you fix it. I guess that it is only way to do? to cancel??
Now my credit is danger? what can i do?
