Complaint Review: AllSouth Appliance Repair LLC

Dillon Myrick owner of All South Appliance Repair came to our home on August 22, 2014.  He took the refrigerator apart and told us that we needed a new evaporator coil.  We had to prepay for the parts in the amount of $1782.50.  It took almost three weeks for the parts to come in.   Dillon and his brother did replace the coil and some other parts.

However, this did not work.  The freezer does not freeze.  Despite several visits which consisted of Dillon scratching his head the freezer remains inoperable.  Numerous calls have been made to Dillon with no response.  Numerous emails sent to Dillon with no response. 

A registered letter sent to the address outlining our complaints was returned indicating no such street. 

I would like to make everyone aware NOT to touch this company or its sister company, also owned by Dillon, called The Expert Service Department, Inc. 

Dillon is an expert liar.  Do not fall for his good nature and allow him to tell you that he knows what he is doing. 

He does not, but he is very good at taking your money.
