This company has been stealing money from unassuming customers for years. The stories are all the same. The people pay up front for "parts" , the repairman takes their money and never returns to complete the job. Money is never refunded and you'll either get empty promises or no reply to your phone calls. They are able to get away with this because they keep changing the name of their company. Please see all the aliases for this company. They operate out of Clovis (near Fresno) which is a bogus address and also out of Stockton. (Their business address is a UPS store and another address is a residence.) The owner of this family operated scam is Victor Gutierrez. He also goes by John, Jose or Victor. He has very good PR skills, which make him seem credible and legitimate. Please read the BBB reports and yelp postings on Gutierrez Appliance Repair - It's all the same guy/company.
