Allstar Marketing/Direct Group Marketing Cat's Meow You order 1 toy online and they bill you for 2 and don't give you a chance to review your order before sending it. Internet

I ordered the Cat's Meow.  When I entered my order,  I found out that I had ordered 2!  I immediatly called and was told that my order had not been processed and I should call back today.  I did and was told my order already shipped.  My order ifornation doesn't show that,  but, Lilly, was forcefull and told me that the info wouldn't show up in my email for about 24 hours and I couldn't get credited back for the one I didn't order.

 

There is no email or contact info for anyone other than customer service.  And there is no email for that.  If you sell a product,  stand up for it and give "Great" customer service.  Not this half assed one.
