I scheduled my move with Allstar Moving and Storage after receiving a "Coupon" in Val Pak. What a mistake that was. There was absolutely NOTHING that went right with my move. Started off with "Un-disclosed" costs $40.00 for Saran wrap (Per Roll) for furniture, Charges for stairs, Charge to move my China cabinet ($40.00), The movers were illegal citizens, left the job unfinished and never said a word. To top it all off, half of my furniture is still sitting an hour away in my old house. My new house has furniture spread throughout and is not assembled. This company will tell you whatever you want to hear. I have spoken to: Sylvia, Brook, Amira, Claudia, Andrew, and the list goes on and on. I would never use this company again, my story could keep going but hopefully you get the picture. By the way, BBB rated, "F" for this company. Allstar does not accept checks or credit cards... Cash or Certified funds only, They would not unload the truck until I paid them in full. I had to run to the bank and bring the money back. As far as the "Un-disclosed costs"... well lets just say that I had to pay it ALL just to obtain my personal items from the movers.
After researching this company after the fact BBB has 130 complaints against this company. The owner is, "Mohamed Elsayed". There are currently federal and state tax liens against the company and against the owner personally. Furthermore, there is an outstanding judgement for $26,000 against the company that was awarded to a "Marketing Mailer Company" 3 months ago. Looks like the company will probably be changing their name again to from its reputation.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY ARE FAR FROM HONEST!!!!!
