Complaint Review: AllStar Moving Services LLC

This moving company when giving an estimate told me that final price of the move will be based on final load coming off the truck where as the one on the quote is for estimation purposes. That means if the load is lesser than the estimate, I would have to pay lesser than quoted. That never happened. 

They also forced their date of pickup on the 24th instead of requested 25th though it was a 3 day window to pickup. They intentionally set the delivery to be 26th morning instead of requested 26th post noon that eventually was honored because I gave up making a genuine request. The supervisor who came for pickup was also rude and I had to fight my way to have my understanding and word cleared from what he kept mumbling about all the time. After the truck was weighed, the final weight was 4140 lbs against the quoted 4250 lbs where there was blunt denial and cutting the phone line when negotiating about it then vs. what my understanding was. The whole team involved in this transaction, right from quote, supervisor, another person and another lady who came into the picture since the original person didn't want to be on the line anymore were all discourteous, hiding something and were unwilling to talk and caused lot of frustration and discontentment. Not to mention, broken crockery / glassware and a missing hoop. Given this team, I did not even want to call them back asking for damages mentioned here. This company is not worth wasting anybody's time for a thing such as a move.
