Allstar Product Group, LLC Shipment after cancellation - Topsy Turvy Upside Down Tomato Planter Hawthorne New York

Over one month ago two Topsy Turvy packages and two soil blocks were ordered. The person I spoke to on the phone advised there would be a delay in shipment. I then requested cancellation of the products and requested that my credit card be credited for the amount of the products. The representative then told me she could not cancel the order at that time; that I was to call the following day to do this, which I did. Upon returning from vacation on 6/21 I found three Topsy Turvy packages and an additional package containing the soil. There is no packing list in any of the shipping cartons and I called the shipping agent (their return address is on the packages received) and left a message of this problem but no one has called back. I hope I am able to locate Allstar Product Group but as of yet have been unsuccessful. This is a perfect example of poor business operations.
