This Company should be reported to the local authorities. The phone number you call to check on your products is valid but you can not leave a message. We ordered in Late December 2008 and it is now Late January and after complaining to the better business we finally got an email stating your products have been escalated to ship status. Ok now it's January 29th, 2009 and the products just arrived. Guess what? you got it!! The wrong products and a few missing products. It's amazing they continue to do business.
