I applied for and 8,000.00 loan and was told that i needed to send them 1.445 dollar for a collateral deposit by western union my wife and i did that because we were in dire need of a loan we were told that it would be in our account in 4-8 hours. and it never showed up.

i called them to find out were the money was and was told that my bank did not accept international wire transfers so they would have to send it via mail that was back on december 10, 2007 here it is january 28, 2008 and i still haven't received it.

i have tried calling the number and all i get is that the line is temporarly out of order i have tried the internet and there website no longer exists.

i found another company whose website is getnorthamericanlending.com i brought them up got there 800 number and guess who i spoke with kristin cooper. i told here that she owed me the money that i sent to allstate financial group and she said that she could not help me because she doesn't work for them anymore. but!!! for a fee they could investigate this for me and try and recover my money.

so out of curiosity i applied for a loan thru this company and low and behold there website no longer exists either. that money was for my family at christmas and to pay my bills me and my wife are about to loose everything that we own because of this i am hoping that if enough of us complain that maybe someone will listen and help us to get what is rightfully ours back.

No company EVER asks for money up front for a loan. No, you will never see your money again, as you have discovered, the scam artists are long gone with it.

Here's a good tip. The US Government has websites that help those like you, who have been ripped off from internet scams and cons, one of them would be the dept of justice, and the FBI. If you have all the information as to who done it and where. you'll be asked to provide them with as much accurate information as you can, and im sure that someone would contact you to provide them with such details of the scam and who has done it. keep all reciepts and stubs along with the cancelled websites as well so the Fed's can track and trace it to the original con artists. and get your money back. There you go, your on your way to getting your money back. One more thing, I feel for you, because my wife and I were cought in a scam just like that one, so ggod luck.
