Complaint Review: Allstate Financial Services - Allstate Adjustment Bureau

This was the second telephone call I received from Allstate Financial Services today.  The gal was extremely rude and threatened my life.  The first call was one month ago, again the gal was young and rude, stating I owe now.  I stated to forward everything in the mail that I would not speak with anyone int he office.  I have written a letter requesting a debt validation than debt investigation, received neither, yes, iIsent both certified.

I will not tolerate this abuse and filed a police report and restraining order against them. Will contact the media in the morning,t he FTC, BBB, Governor Gibbons, FBI and so forth.  I will file suit against owner, Michael O'Connor.
No one should have to take this abuse.  When you receive an abusive call immediately notify police and file a restraining order.
