I worked for this scam outfit for a year and a half. The "pitch" is full of half-truths if not outright lies. The owners and managers should be prosecuted and thrown into jail. The "front room" exists to trick people into the "free" receipt of printer inks and toners. The snag is that they will call you the next day to "confirm the address," recording your permission to send the products, which they can use to sue you if you do not pay up upon receipt of the junk (and it is usually junk). It is all, I repeat, all, a con, run by some talented con men. It relies on gullible people, including pastors, very small business owners, and those otherwise ignorant of scoundrels, in general, who think they are getting something for nothing. Nothing is free. If they call you tell them you know who they are and what they try to do and that you are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to web sites like this one. I know the whole pitch and would be glad to share it here, with annotations about the deceptive phrasing and outright lies.
