I recently filed a claim with Allstate Agent Kevin Saddler, LUTCF Exclusive Agent / Personal Financial Representative T: 360-253-6355 F: 360-896-2268 9401 NE Covington Road #104 Vancouver, Washington 98662. It was for my stolen car (and only the second claim in over 20+ years.) I have had up to six or more policies at a time over the years with Allstate  9401 NE Covington Road #104 Vancouver, Washington 98662 . They are currently treating me like I am lying. Especially  Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company. Allstate Agent Kevin Saddler, LUTCF Exclusive Agent / Personal Financial Representative T: 360-253-6355 F: 360-896-2268 9401 NE Covington Road #104 Vancouver, Washington 98662 is not doing anything for me.

Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company,(425)  even tried to coerce me into saying that I am the one that  did it.Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company,tried to  threaten me saying “it is a felonly “and “I need to take it as a loss.Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company Asked me multiple times if I wanted to “change my story”. Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company,.  me with that  It has been over six weeks now.Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company,(claiming he has not received my paperwork back that I sent him over 10 days ago and it was sent in a pre-paid and pre-addressed envelope from him., Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company, is claims he sent certified letter out to me 10 days ago…..I Still have not received his letter he is obviously lying to me about sending the certified mail to me. He is trying to say I am not complying and they will deny my claim……….(they are the ones losing everything and not communicating anything to me. They are NOT doing teir job. Brian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company, not answering my questions, andBrian Olson,Senior Claim Service Analyst-Special Investigations Unit,PacWest SIU,Allstate Insurance Company. Now they are investigating me, looking to find a way out of paying me for my car.

This is the worst care and service i have ever received.  I am leaving ALLSTATE and i want everyone to know how ruthless, corrupt and RUDE they are.  Don’t wait ‘till you find out for yourself if you ever need to file a claim - you will be sorry. LEAVE NOW!!!!!And now……….in addition……..

ALLSTATE JUST RAISED MY RENTER’S POLICY (RATES OVER DOUBLED) AND SENT IT VIA EMAIL. RENEWING IT AUTOMATICALLY THEMSELVES.  I DID NOT  MAKE ANY POLICY CHANGES OR APPPROVE/AGREE TO THE NEW RATE INCREASE. THAT MAKES ME FURIOUS. I have looked up their reviews now since, only to find terrible and negative review after review about ALLSTATE …...hearing the same thing over and over!!! HERE ARE A FEW SNIPPETS:

Denied my Claim and ignored me!!! Claim takes too long , They are rude and unprofessional, 75% h*o Increase, They write policies that do not follow local rules, Worse claim dept ever,They keep switching adjusters during the claim process, Delay after delay, Dishonest Valuation, Getting the run around,RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM ALLSTATE,Bad customer service,Turned out to be the worst experience! deny and delay,

I regret signing with Allstate! Horrible company to do Business with

HORRIBLE experience!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Denied Legitimate Claim!Just wanted money, THEY DO NOT CARE!   Treated us like fools,

We Paid high priced premiums and Received ZERO from Allstate,

Allstate tossed my claim from person to person and no one could help me or answer my questions

Bottom Line is… ALLSTATE INS.  CONSISTENTLY raises premiums AND denies claims.

BUNCH OF CROOKS AT ALLSTATE INSURANCE!
