This drivers insurance company went Bankrupt and my own carrier refuses to pay me under my PIP plan. I have gone to not one but two arbitrations trying to collect. Twice the arbitrators awarded me $40,000 . forty thousand dollars. Allstate refuses to pay. They keep stalling knowing that the courts are backed up in New jersey last year and one-half. iI even changes lawyers hoping for different result. I called Allstates national headquarters in Northfield IL., they told me that Allstate New Jersey is not part of the allstate company is separate company and they have no real jurisdiction or real connection with them.
