ALLSTATE LEGAL SERVICES THREATENING CALLS ABOUT PAYDAY ADVANCE UNKNOWN, California
I have been constantly called and threatened by this company about payday advance.They have asked if I have an attorney,and threaten to send a case investigator to my physical and work address.The same people are always on the phone,no matter who you call,and to whatever number you call.They refuse to let you interject into the conversation,and are reading from a script. It is highly annoying and very intimidating. My question is,is it actually legal?
