My husband and I bought a car frome Allstate Motorcars in Dec 2006. It was a 2001 CL500. we paid 26,000 cash for the car. In January 2007 we inquired the dealership about our title, we were told that we should get in about 30 more days.

While waiting for the title to the car my mother passed away in late Feb 2007 and was buried first week of March 2007. If anyone has lost a loved one you know that this can take a toll on the mind and body of a person. While dealing with the loss of my mother, time went by and we really did not ask about the title again until Sept. 2007, we were then told that the title was misplaced.

2008 arrives and still no title, On February 26 2008 a repo company knocks at our door stating that they were there to repo my benz for non-payment of a 32,000.00 loan that was taken out in March 2007, come to find out the owner of Allstate Motorcars (Tim Thieu) forged my name and my husband name on our title and obatained a loan from a bank in chicago.

He was 3 months behind with payments and they repoed my paid off car, now I ask anyone who reads this, how could a bank loan money on a car they have never seen, how could a bank loan money on a car when it should have been obvious the signatures were forged.
