Complaint Review: ALLSTATE MOVING AND STORAGE

I had a contract with this company to pick up my items on Sunday, Aug.1 and they did not show up until Monday. I call the office on Sunday and they didn't have my information in their sytem for a pick up, but I have a copy of the online agreement stating it was for Sunday. I even called them back on Friday confirming my appointment time and a different person confirmed my Sunday moving time.

I spoke with a guy named Omega, who apparently is in charge. I informed him that my move was scheduled for Sunday and he was just like okay now it is Monday. When I asked for the person incharge he said it was him. I asked him what was going to be done about this mishap of his company and he said he will work out something WHICH WAS A LIE! THAT JACKASS DID NOTHING BUT LIE, LIE, LIE! I called around to see if there was someone else I can deal with and from the information I had gathered he was the top dog.

Again the name of this company is Allstate Moving and Storage located in Hyattsville, MD and their number is 301-277-5400.

If you are looking for a RELIABLE, ONTIME, AND TRUSTWORTHY company, ALLSTATE MOVING AND STORAGE and its representative OMEGA ISN'T THE COMPANY OR PERSON TO GO WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!
