Allstate Mutual insurance company Delaying my claim in bad faith took over a month to get my truck in the shop it been over 40 days and nothing been done Dallas Texas
On 10/07/2019 i was involved in a car accident car backed up into me and the driver was unsuired and i suffered pain and and emotional distress from all of this. My insurance company violated the consumer protection laws and handled my claim in bad faith. So thats i wanna put this out here i would never reccomend nobody to get Allstate, Allstate Slogan is you in good hands with is a lie.

Allstate is the absolute worst insurance company on earth. It took threat of a lawsuit and 18 months of fighting to get them to settle a claim where one of their customers rear ended my wife. My son has been fighting them for 11 months after one of their customers caused a wreck that totaled his car. They need to be put out of business.
