Allstate RIPOFF fails to settle auto claim and renegs on BI offer! Clarksburg Maryland

I was in a car accident back in November of 2005. Hit by a teenage Allstate driver, clearly at fault. I was hit while at a full and complete stop, from the rear at 50 mph.

The Allstate customer even plead guilty in court. Playing with the radio and not paying attention.

Then comes the claims process. Took 8 weeks to get my car back from the shop 6K in damage. THEN Allstate said it took too long and only wanted to pay 28 days of the rental car!

Now the BI settlement, they are nickle and diming me for every single RX reciept. I have faxed all medical bills as well as signed an affidavit to release my info, yet today, I got another letter requesting copies of bills.
Do they think I will just get frustrated and forget about the whole thing?

While they did pay for the car repairs directly, as I used a preferred auto shop, I have not seen a penny for medical bills or a BI claim.
