allstate roadside after 9 years of never a late payment, allstate leaves our family stranded in moment of need internet, Internet
After believing for nine years, that we were in "good hands" allstate drops the ball. We were stranded due to loss of brakes on our car. Calling allstate was a joke, after repeated calls we were informed that they had no service in our area. Now I need to say that we live less than 15 minutes from large cities in each direction, and on a state highway. But no help was the most that was offered. It was right after Thanksgiving, money tight and we were in a mess. "You pay and maybe you can be reimbersed",we were told. Maybe??????? We had no choice but to drive the car to a repair garage ourselves. With no brakes and no help from allstate in sight off we went. Contacted by allstate a few days later, they told me there was a problem. No sh*t!!!!!!! We lived through it.
Allstate, if this is the best you got, I don't see your company lasting long. No thanks to you. AAA may now have shot, we need someone that we can depend on in our moment of need
