This company did nothing but sweet talk me into using them for a corporate move.  I scheduled a full 53 foot tractor trailer for my exclusive use.  No weight limit.  The move was supposed to take 3 days to pack, 5 days to transport, and 2 days to unpack.  They were to disassemble my furniture upon pick up, and reassemble it upon delivery.  They asked for, and received a $4700.00 deposit to hold my move.  I called them 3 weeks ahead of my move to inform them when my closing dates would be.  They acknowledged that, and told me they would call me within 24-48 hrs to confirm.  This did not happen.  I called them every other day to try to get the confirmation, and could not get a straight answer.

Six Days before my move, they called me with the wrong dates.  When I corrected them, they charged me an additional $4700.00 for transport and storage fees, which I was able to decrease to $2800.00.  The day of the move came and went.  They cancelled at the last minute, and rescheduled for the next day.  The guys showed up in the afternoon, with no packing materials, and no equipment in a panel truck that would have been rejected by U-Haul... The foreman did a walk through, and had a wig out.  He stated that I was at least 15,000 lbs over the weight limit, and that he would need more time for the pack off (mind you this is 2 days before sale closing on my old house). would need to charge me an additional $26,000 in packing and shipment fees, and would need another day to get a third truck. (the second truck with the packing materials was late, and would not be there until the next day).

They scheduled to be there at 6 am the next day for a long day of packing, and loading.  I was ok with this.  The other truck was arrived that night at the hotel they were staying at (in even worse shape than the first one).  6 AM came and went... then 9 AM came and went... at 11 AM the two trucks showed up.  The movers had to argue with the home office for 2 hours on the phone before they would even consider packing... then they demanded $5,000 to start packing.  they packed until 5 PM because they were too hungry and thirsty to continue.  The next day (the day before the closing) they showed up at 10 AM, after they promised me that they'd be there at 6 AM to ensure that they would have everything packed, loaded, and out by 5 PM.  I had a lot to do before my closing, so my wife had to handle the movers.

I arrived back at the house at 8 PM, and they had just left.  My wife was very upset, because one of the movers was constantly hitting on my 19 year old daughter instead of packing.  She also informed me that they charged us an additional $5000.00 for additional packing materials that were not on the packing list.  This absolutely infuriated me.  From day one, I was trying to talk to customer service, and was getting stone-walled.  NO support, and nothing but condesention and brush-offs.

At the drop off, they demanded almost $14,000 in a cashier's check before they would off-load any of my stuff.  If I did not have the check, they would remand my entire load to storage for a minimum of 30 days, at a cost of $250.00/day.  I got the check, and gave it to them.  As all of my stuff started coming off the truck in pieces, the boxes were crushed, and my yard tractor looked like it caught on fire and was then thrown off a bridge, the foreman could not understand why I was upset.  "This is normal" he told me.  It was only after I had him open the boxes I paid an additional $5000.00 for with no paper, and half full, did he admit that I had been scammed.  He also FINALLY gave me the inventory for my load which was TOTALLY falsified, at least 30% of the stuff on it did not exist.  Some of the more valuable items I owned were not on it. They then basically dumped my stuff in the driveway in piles, and drove off, having lost all of the hardware for my furniture, the handles for my fridge, etc.   I have 2 pieces of furniture that are not damaged, a lot of my glassware, which was just thrown in boxes with little to no packing material is destroyed.  My brand new $3500 fridge looks like someone took a sledge hammer to it.  My lawn tractor is destroyed, and much of my family's belongings is either damaged, missing or destroyed.  They have done tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, falsified records, overcharged me at every step, and now will not return my phone calls.

Someone please help.
