Allstate Vending Company Robert (Bob) Giel - LIES and grossly MISREPRESENTS - Las Vegas, Nevada
Allstate Vending Company, owner Robert Giel is a LYING CON-ARTIST!!! He promises vending machines and superior money makingroutes with statistical earnings, charted on his office wall. But, once he has your money, he gives you the rejected routes that nobody else wanted (BIG DIFFERENCE FROM WHAT HE SAID!)!!! When you call him on it, he says the contract you signed reads, anything oral or implied is not binding in the court of law! His next words are, SUE ME!!! He'll then show his childish side by yelling, cursing, threatening and basically throwing a 3 year old tantrum!!! This grown man, who touts highly of himself and his perceived accomplishments when initially selling himself and his company's abilities, literally acts like a toddler when he is unable to materialize with all his promises!! He VICTIMIZES and SCAMS innocent and trusting people!!!HE MUST, AND WILL BE STOPPED!!!!

Allstate Vending Company is a honest, reputable Company that has helped hundreds of buyers to achieve their financial independence. Our company never sold a route to any buyer named Bonnie. This complaint is not LEGITAMENT. We suspect that Bonnie is really a buyer named Bridgette with a mother who is controlling and attempting to use any lies to recover the money her daughter used from the inheritence fund her mother used to control. We have contracts and documents to verify, signed by the buyer Bridgette, stating that Allstate sold and delivered on Prime Locations brand new bulk candy machines in the area selected by the customer.
The route was set up by and under under all terms and conditions stated in the contract. The contract states "Allstate cannot by law guarantee a minimum income". This is told during the initial meeting and on many other documents in the package supplied to all customers. The mother Diane- not the daughter- told Allstate that she wished to cancel contract AFTER all machines were set-up on the route. She is the liar- her motive is to get back the purc hase price back in the inheritence fund. I ask all people who read this complaint to keep an open mind to the true motives of the mother Diane. Allstate has never been sued by anyone and ALL is available to be viewed anytime at my office to verify who is in the right. Call for and appointment and you will be the judge.
