Complaint Review: All State Beauty

All State Beauty on the Internet is a SCAM! I requested several cans of hairspray and reached their $50 requirement for free shipping. They charged my Visa card $51.04. Order was placed on Jan. 19. On Feb. 11, they sent an e-mail message saying my order had been received and they were in they were in the process of filling it! I wrote back and said their customer service was disgraceful as 23 days had already passed. Their e-mail even stated "If you have any questions about your order, or if we can be of further service to you, please call us at 718-928-0995, and a representative will be happy to assist you." I called the number and pressed #2 for customer service. No one is never available to take the call and you are transferred to leave a voice mail message. SCAMMERS! Look out!!

Why is someone not closing this "company" down immediately!? I have seen other rip-off reports filed about them. I am sorry for others that think they are getting a "deal" on beauty products and just get charged. This company is probably making hundreds of thousands and not doing a THING but letting us poor "flies" get trapped in their web of deceit! They are thieves, simply put. I hope someone does something soon!
