Complaint Review: AllStateBeauty.com - Champu Salon

I purchased over $100 in product on their website and was instantly charged through paypal express within the hour. Payment was sent to Champu Salon within just a few hours as well. I received confirmation of order through Champu Salon and confirmation of payment from Paypal on the same day several weeks ago. A couple days after order I was curious to know when product would ship so I sent an e-mail to the websites customer service and I received no response. Therefore, I waited a few days and then called.

When calling I receive a message stating all reps are on the line and to leave a message, but then the mail box is full. I've called probably 25-30 times in the past 2 weeks and receive the same message and no one ever answers the phone. I've sent several more e-mails and still no response to those as well. I filed yesterday with the BBB and hope that I can get somewhere.

After seeing the other 2 responses on this site, I'm starting to realize I've most likely been scammed and will not receive the product I ordered. However, I will continue to spread the word that this company is not to be trusted and they are stealing money! I will not stop til they are no longer able to sell (or scam) products to anyone or til I receive my product or refund.
