Alltel fails to make good after they charge me for insurance Port Charlotte Florida

On August 6th, I brought my phone into Alltel to get a replacement. I purchase an extended warranty plan thru assurian and pay a monthly premium which pays to replace my phone if damaged and also a $50.00 at the time of the swap.

The plan says I will get the same phone or better. This is in all the contracts and on the voice recording. I had a v262 which sells for $199.99 and was down graded to a lgax390 which sells for 159.99. I called assurian and they advised me I would need to go to alltell directly. It should be noted on Aug 6th, I advised the rep I didnt want the downgraded phone-i wanted an equal or greater exchange, as I was promised.

I was told take it or leave it. After calling the insurance company I was told to go to the location and advise them of my complaint. I was told to go to a manager this time. I spoke to Nathan Pawlukiewicz and he said he can't do anything. I gave him the option of replacing my phone for the same one, or crediting my account the difference in price. He refused to do either. I then asked for the headquarters phone number and he gave me the customer service recording hotline. I am disgusted with the treatment I recieved thru Alltell.

It would be like me having bought an extended warranty on a washing machine which cost $800.00 and they replace it with one that sells for $500.00.
