Alltel ripoff charges and excessive billing Little Rock Arkansas
Almost routinely Alltell adds inappropriate charges to my service, often for roaming charges within the service plan area. While credited, it often takes up to an hour of hold time each month to have this resolved. I have now had an extra month's charge debited from my credit card (two for the same month). Despite being bounced between customer services to financial services and back and back again and speaking to 5 different people, no one seems to be able to explain why have an extra charge on my credit card or is willing to credit this to my account.
